Service Description
This include just a manual mobilization of 1 region not combined with any extremity or other regions of the spine . No other services such as electronic muscle stimulation , heat therapy , massage, ultrasound or hot towel is provided . An initial exam is also required before any chiropractic adjustment is implemented to you care. CPT code : 98940 If you would like to have a customized treatment consider scheduling under "chiropractic treatment combo", this provided electrical muscle stimulation, massage, stretches, heat or cold therapy.
Cancellation Policy
Please call the office to cancel 48 hrs in advance if you can't keep your appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee of $60+ will be charge per every hour reserved.
